« on: August 30, 2009, 06:59:42 AM »
A TV commercial of the Public Metro Underground System in Madrid.

Is the original version. Was on the tv in Tagalog with Spanish subtitles.

A filipino guy goes back home from Madrid (Spain) to Madrid (Philippines)

Very well made. I love it. That old guy who plays the other main character is Junix Inocian. His credentials, especially as regards appearances in foreign videos and films, are quite impressive. He is Bisaya, from Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.

I like the funny way they found to think how would be to build that in a little Mindanao´s village.

The carabao with the mechanical stairs is priceless :)

:)

The slogan of the commercial is "Madrid Metro the underground every city want when gets bigger"

They should have used Binisaya instead of Tagalog because the town of Madrid in Mindanao is in Surigao del Sur. The advertisement wouldn't have mattered if it was in Binisaya because it was intended for Spanish viewers.

Yeah I know, this happens often when you try to do something abroad. That is not perfect done.

I remember in Mission Impossible 2 when Cruise is in Spain they mixed "holy week" with Fallas.

Result-> After going with the Jesus cristh in procession on street the people burned it. Cruise Comment was in the movie "OMG this people is crazy!" hahahaha

People faces watching the movie here was WTF!!!.

PD. Fallas is a fiesta where people do huge sculptures and the last day all are burned at night except the winner. (Celebrated in Valencia)
