Good morning ladies and gentlemen! Today is Thursday, October 27, 2022.
     At 11:15 am, Cebu City Mayor Michael "Atty. Mike" Rama called me and said that he has instructed his appointment secretary Juvy Go Montecillo to set a schedule for a meeting between us and the representative of NRG Australia, a foreign investor which is willing to invest in billions of dollars in Cebu City, period.
     Mayor Rama, at that time, was bound for the Kapihan sa Sugbo of City Councilor Jun Alcover at Fort San Pedro.
     In the same call, Rama, the chief executive, reiterated his call of support from the people from all walks of life, as his programs are not only for the present dispensation, but for the next generations to come.
     I agree with him. Let us support a sitting leader, because their success is for the greater of the greater majority. And their failure in governance will boomerang on us.
     Mayor Mike reminded me that I was the one who convinced him to join a cooperative as I am one of the directors of Cebu City Cooperative Development Council (CCCDC) for more than a decade now. He said he joined Newscoop because he trust my leadership as a coop leader. And he may soon add his assets on it.
      Mayor Mike also reminded me that during the darkest days of his life where he was a victim of black propaganda, I was among those who were in his side.
     Mayor Mike urged me not to make conclusion on his administration without verifying the truth, being a Christian. He said those who believe in God are for God, and those who work with evil are evil.
     He said that he told prominent law professor Atty. Josephus B. Jimenez that one time, they conducted strategic planning until 4:00 am and came up with good decisions.
