HIGH NUMBER OF NPA SURRENDEREES ATTRIBUTED TO E-CLIP

The Enhanced-Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) is recognized as one of the reasons behind the increasing number of NPA surrenders in the Cagayan Valley and Cordillera regions.

Amnesty, free legal assistance, education support to children, livelihood and a new life integrated into the society are among the benefits derived from the E-CLIP.
Seeing no clear progress in the armed struggle, NPA rebels decide to come down from the harsh mountain life and embrace the government. Through the E-CLIP, the government offices rally together to provide holistic support to any former rebel who wished to be integrated back into society.

E-CLIP is a clear manifestation of the government’s pure intention of taking back all Filipinos who fell prey to communism.

With this, the government through the Armed Forces is calling all NPA rebels to leave the armed struggle, be with their families this Christmas and start a new life. The government’s E-CLIP and other programs stand ready to help you in attaining your real progress.
