MRT 3 MUST GIVE BEST PROSTHETIC DEVICE TO VICTIM
MRT 3 must shoulder all medical, hospitalization, and related post-hospitalization expenses of the woman whose hand or arm was severed earlier today at the MRT 3 where she fell on the rail tracks and a train ran over her limb.
MRT 3 must get the victim the best prosthetic device at no cost to her.
MRT 3 must also indemnify the victim for her income loss.
She already bought her ticket and that completed transaction meant her safety and security was the responsibility of MRT 3.
Our light rail and railway service should have an insurance system that will cover unfortunate incidents such as this.
I also take this opportunity to call for much better security and crowd management measures at our light rail and railway facilities. Obviously, the measures they have are not enough. (END)
