SINAS : CALABARZON'S MOST WANTED CRIMINAL FALLS

The PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Bicol Region has traced the Top 1 Most Wanted Person of Region 4A (CALABARZON), a notorious criminal gang leader involved in robbery and gun-running activities.
In a joint operation led by CIDG Region 5 along with Daraga Municipal Police Station, Regional Intelligence Unit 5, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 5, and SWAT, a warrant of arrest was served to suspect RODEL M LLORERA yesterday, November 28, in Barangay San Ramon, Daraga, Albay.
The suspect resisted the arrest leading to a shootout with the arresting team that resulted in his death. He was armed with cal. 45 pistol and a hand grenade.
"This no letup drive of our men proves quite effective as I commend the combined police elements from Bicol for their successful operation against a dreaded criminal gang from another region as its strengthens our resolve to fight criminality all the way and get all those who violate the law", Police General Debold Sinas, Chief, PNP, said.
Operatives arrested Llorera's cohorts Felimon "Jun" Madridano and Honeybee "Nick" Boneo. It was since 2018 that a Regional Trial Court of Morong, Rizal issued a standing arrest warrant against Llorera listing him as Top 1 Most Wanted Persons in Region 4A.
Llorera's criminal group has been involved in gun-running and robbery hold-up activities for years operating in provinces of Rizal, Sorsogon, and Camarines Sur.
