What It Takes To Be Poor in Bohol
« on: May 01, 2012, 06:28:04 PM »
source: Bohol Poll

Two thirds (65%) of the Boholano voters considered themselves poor while only very few (2%) said otherwise. Across districts, relatively few from District 1 said that they are poor at 52% as against the 71 % and 72 % and 72 % of Districts 2 and 3 respectively. Across age groups, only a quarter (24%) from the 18-24 Boholano voters said that they are likewise poor.

Among the Boholano voters who said that they are poor (65%) and not poor (2%), their families need P10,000.00 a month so that they will not be considered poor. Poor families in Tagbilaran (54%) and those within the age range 18-24 need P20, 000.00 to surpass poverty.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
