I would like to request everyone to participate in the online-visual landscape assessment of the karst landscape of Bohol- the Chocolate Hills and the Raja Sikatuna Protected Landscape. This would subtantiate my Ph.d research and would might as well be instrumental for the betterment of the Karst Landscape of Bohol.  Please click the following link:

Karon pa jud ko nag basa basa sa akong mga archives. Nag tigom man gud ko ug mga articles bahin ug Karst Forest, Landscapes, animals and plants, etc. Murag sumpay siguro mi ug tina-i ani ni Ayessa.

Manay, kanang Karst, buot pasabot limestone.

Naka kob-kob pod mi ug dagko nga bukog, siguro dinosaur to siya.

Jesus!!! Ondoy Macky this kind of objects are million years old. I saw similar objects openly sold in the market in Himalaya ( documented in German tv). Some archeologists and anthropologists are so sorry that they are not properly documented.

We have also Karst area here in Saudi Arabia called Hofuf and Al hasa. Thre are famous caves and this is one of the places having rivers because water will seep in limestone. That place is nominated in the seven wonders of nature. It is a very fertile place, contrasting the dry desert.

Also there is a cave there called as Judas cave, believed to be the place where Judas hide and hang himself. That place is very famous amongst Pinoys.

Thanks Glacier,

Actually, one of my relatives who married somebody in Clark is involved in organizing such shows. I tried convincing her to conduct a show in the Chocolate Hills, considering safe launching areas and less electric powerlines. She said they look forward to it as one of thier future projects. Perhaps if Chocolate Hills will be nominated as one of the 7W.

good luck roy!

(bisan di ta kaila) (nalingaw diay ko toud sa lantugi ninyo ni enzo sa origin of xmas)

the japanese people of philippine mining service corporation in garcia-hernandez might be of help kay nagstudy na sila sa limestone sa bohol.

they were supposed to have their mining/extraction in cortes pero lajo ang dagat, that's they have it in GH.

N.B. Humidity levels of bohol's limestone is quite high. basa-basa, mao low ang quality, di masyadong mabenta sa labas.
