The Central Visayas Council of Administrative, Human Resources and Personnel Officers (CVCHAPO) will have the pre-congress conference for its officers today, September 4, 2007 at Central Visayas State College of Agriculture, Forestry and Technology (CVSCAFT-Tagbilaran Campus), CPG Avenue, Tagbilaran City.

Composed of the administrative, human resources and personnel officers of the Region 7 provinces of Bohol, Cebu, Oriental Negros and Siquijor, the group is headed by Dr. Emenelia B. Roma, regional president, from Cebu.

CVCHAPO is based at the Civil Service Commission - Regional Office No. 7 in Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City.
