In the past months, PASA (Philippines Amateur Swimming Association) has been conducting swim meets (G-League Series) in the local and regional levels.

Times achieved by the swimmers during the scheduled G-League Series and PASA, or FINA (Federation International de Nationale Amateure) in the same period were used as basis in determining the qualifiers for this national championship.

In these competitions, the swimmers were placed in graduated time order, slowest to fastest to increase the level of competitiveness, as well as to improve every swimmers chances of achieving the qualifying criteria.

The Boholano swimmers under the Bohol Dolphins achieved qualification after competing in two separate PASA swim meets held in Cebu City Sports Complex, Cebu City last April 19, 2009 and Gov. Lorenzo Teves Aqua Center in Dumaguete City last May 16.

As per PASA scheduled series of competitions, there will be a forthcoming event this coming 12th of September 2009, and to be held here in our very own City of Tagbilaran.

Romans 10:9-10
"If you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved."
