It's all set for the 3rd SCAP Visayas and Mindanao Regional Conference, April 14-18, 2010 at Mercedarian Retreat House, Union Dauis, Bohol to be hosted by the CM-SCA Diocese of Tagbilaran.

Expected to attend are 140 delegates which include student leaders from the high school and college representatives, coordinators, animators, and chaplains all over the Visayas and Mindanao as well as invited animators from Luzon, SCAP National Coordinating Council, IYCS Asian Staff, National Secretariat and Executive Team.         

Also attending are Sonia Roco (SCAP Alumni) who will be one of our resource persons, Teresita Nitorreda-SCAP Executive Director, Loreto San Juan - Executive Secretary and Most Rev. Leonardo Medroso, DD., Bishop of the Diocese of Tagbilaran as the main celebrant of the closing Eucharistic celebration.

This event will highlight the SCAP Campaign for the preservation and protection of the environment. "Vote for ME!" (Mother Earth) theme raises the issue not only of climate change but also of the moral standards in politics and good governance. This theme is also aimed to come up resolutions to answer current issues in ecology and Philippine political system.

The activity is a collaborated effort of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) Staff of the CM-SCA Diocesan Secretariat of Tagbilaran headed by James Visto the current CM-SCA Diocesan Coordinator.
