Rice farming in dryland areas is possible with efficient solar-powered irrigation, mechanized farm operations and climate-smart technologies.
In Barangay Tabug, Batac City, Ilocos Norte, a model farm is demonstrating how these technologies can improve rice productivity while using water and other farm resources more efficiently.
