Sandigan asked to junk Arroyo argument vs NBN-ZTE trial

Ombudsman prosecutors on Wednesday asked the Sandiganbayan Fourth Division to junk former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo’s “absurd” and “desperate” arguments challenging the court’s jurisdiction over her graft case.
