by PNA

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) issued an "Orange Rainfall" advisory at 6:10 p.m. Sunday in Metro Manila, warning residents of "heavy to intense rainfall in the next two to three hours."

PAGASA said the advisory covers Manila, Pasay, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig, Pateros, Marikina and the southern portion of Quezon city as it noted "moderate to heavy rainfall over Quezon City, Pasig City and Manila in the last two hours."

The "Orange Rainfall" advisory is raised in areas where rainfall is between 15 millimeters and 30 mm within one hour. Flooding is a definite threat in communities under the "Orange" alert.

PAGASA said that heavy to intense rainfall was observed over Manila, Pasay, Taguig, Pasig and Marikina for the past two hours and most likely to continue for the next two to three hours. Flooding is threatening in low-lying areas.

Meanwhile, moderate to heavy rainfall was observed over the rest of Metro Manila.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
