One of top 10 most wanted in Quirino province arrested in Dagupan
DAGUPAN CITY, July 1 (PNA)—The Dagupan City police arrested here on Monday one of top 10 most wanted persons in Diffun, Quirino province.
Supt. Christopher Abrahano, chief of polcie of Dagupan, identified the suspect as Sonny Boy Tubera, a native of Andres Bonifacio, Diffun in Quirino province.
Abrahano said Tubera was arrested on Galvan Street where he works as a vendor although he is currently residing at Nalsian- Bacayao, Calasiao town.
Tubera was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest dated February 27, 2012 issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Anonuevo Solomon of Quirino for three counts of rape in relation to Republic Act No. 7610 without bail recommended for his provisional liberty. (PNA)
