Pinoy Ambassador accused of molesting Pinay maid now back in PHL

Philippine Ambassador to Kuwait Shulan Primavera, accused of molesting a Filipina domestic helper, is now back in the country to face an investigation, the Department of Affairs (DFA) said on Wednesday.

3 witnesses show up at DFA probe on envoy



Three more witnesses against Ambassador to Kuwait Shulan Primavera arrive at the DFA to participate in fact finding proceedings on Primavera. The one wearing brown is 'Mabel,' the former house help who filed a sexual harassment complaint against Primavera. (Sandra Aguinaldo)

Republic Act 8485 (Animal Welfare Act of 1998, Philippines), as amended and strengthened by House  Bill 6893 of 2013--- violation means a maximum of P250,000 fine with a corresponding three-year jail term and a minimum of P30,000 fine and six months imprisonment

she was molested and there were witnesses?  wasn't the accuser the only one who was hired by the ambassador?  or was the ambassador that careless that he dared molest someone while there were onlookers?  i'm beginning to have my doubts about this yarn.  that panamanian diplomat wrongly accused of raping a local girl some months ago comes to mind.  i hope we're not about to witness the destruction of one more life because a young woman's imagination went berserk.
