LTFRB NEED NOT WAIT FOR COMMUTERS TO COMPLAIN: LTFRB CAN DO PROBE MOTU PROPIO

LTFRB is already aware of the riding public's complaints. LTFRB has power to investigate on its own, motu propio. 

They know of the complaints that Grab drivers are choosing passengers and seeking higher rates. 

With these complaints, Grab has been behaving like a monopoly now.

LTFRB must compel Grab to self-regulate and enforce discipline.

Grab must, even without LTFRB intervening, weed out its rogue drivers.

This chaotic situation cannot, must not be allowed to let commuter rights be trampled upon. (END)
