This year's theme: “Matibay na Ugnayan ng Mamamayan at Pulisya, Simbolo ng Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran ng Sambayanan,” was highlighted with the awarding of selected PNP Units and Individuals for their significant contribution in building a trusting relationship with the community and promoting its good image.

Pagdilao in his message commends the men and women in the police service for their exemplary performance leading to the vigorous partnership between the PNP and the community. Also, he acknowledged the relentless support of some of the Local Government Units to PNP CALABARZON.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
