Apparently the guy does not know Bautista from Adam or else he would treat the DSWD chief with utmost respect.

The guy does not know Bautista at all the same way as those in the inner circle of the President knows 'Bote' or 'Rolly.

You must be an outsider in the circle of President Duterte because you do not know anything about him.

Remember Bautista is now the alter-ego of the President as Social Welfare and Development Secretary.

And so whatever you say of Bautista, you are also saying the same things to the President.

Actually, the President and Bautista go a long, long, long way even when Duterte was still mayor of Davao City.

Bautista served in various capacities as military officer here in Davao City. That is why mediamen here know Baustita so well especially when he became the Task Force Davao commander.

When you say "dapat ibala ka sa kanyon dun sa Abu Sayyaf, intuin ka," Bautista was in the middle of his fight against the Abu Sayyaf in Basilan when the President plucked him out to become his first Presidential Security Group commander.

Look, if Bautista is inutil, how come the President trusted him for a very sensitive task as PSG chief?

If Bautista were inutil, why was he tasked to lead the Marawi operation?

One thing about Bautista that endeared him to a lot of people is his unassuming demeanour and he is not boastful at all.

Bautista gets things done and he delivers whatever is asked of him to carry out. Ask the President about it.

Bautista gets things done without telling the whole world about them. He is a quiet worker who does not make any noise of his achievements.

But for us, media here in Davao City, Bautista was a very good news source because he answers questions matter-of-factly. He does not relish being in the limelight.

And there was never a time that Bautista was involved in any scandal or any wrongdoing while he was in the military assigned here in Southern Mindanao.

Bautista is well respected himself.

And yes, if still you have more questions about Bautista for you to know him better, please ask President Duterte who is returning from Tokyo tonight.

Bautista is definitely President Duterte's tauhan. Bautista is President Duterte's man.

Ask the President why do you trust an inutil like Bautista to sensitive posts?

If not you can tell the President exactly these lines since Bautista is Duterte's alter-ego:
