Defensor: Iloilo province and city receive most assistance from Aquino administration
ILOILO CITY, July 1 (PNA) – Gov. Arthur Defensor, Sr. said that Iloilo province and city are the most benefited areas by the Aquino administration and the national government that the political leaders here are most grateful for.
Defensor further said in an interview July 1 that the administration of Pres. Benigno Aquino III has not been discriminatory to the local chief executives here regardless of their political affiliation.
â€You see everyone has so far received assistance from the administration,†the governor, who cited some of the local chief executives here who belong to the opposition, said.
Defensor said that he will though give a more comprehensive assessment of the Aquino administration just before the State of the Nation Address.(PNA)
