"#SeaTragedy Survivors claimed the Philippine Coast Guard Western Visayas left trapped passengers of the 3rd capsized boat to die.
They also claimed that the majority of the Coast Guard men weren't actually in the water or doing actual rescue ops.
Instead, the Coast Guard men stood & watched from the rubber boats while busy snapping pictures & recording videos.
Sure, you can't control nature's wrath. But the 3rd boat accident could have been avoided & the death toll would not have reached 30+"
