JOURNAL Newspaper - Atak, who is Ronnie Arana in real life, of No. 12 New Manila, Quezon City, is facing a case for acts of lasciviousness filed by complainant Mark Christian Macavinta, 21, bell attendant at Okada Casino Hotel Manila, located in Barangay Tambo, Paranaque City.
Chief Supt. Tomas Apolinario said Arana was arrested at around 2:40 p.m. at Room 725 of the casino hotel.
Macavinta alleged that he was assisting Arana after he checked in for his complimentary room at the casino-hotel when the incident took place.
He said that when he entered Arana’s room, the suspect suddenly “attacked†him after closing and locked the door, grabbed his private parts, embraced and kissed him.
He said he struggled and pushed the suspect and reported the incident to the security personnel who in turn called the police.
Police said Arana came from Bacolod and went to Okada Manila to play casino before he went to his complimentary room.
