i have talked to an old friend yday (not old nga tiguwang, but friend na dugay na mi wa nagkakita), she said classmates sila j_n_l_e pag college, then barkada sad nya before si b_i, she even went to the wake sa rolling hills, she just said she's sorry for both but does not want to judge anyone.

and you know what, sa ako pagsunod ani na case bah, i thought wala koy kaila nga directly connected (like friend) to the victim or sa family, but i was also surprised to know that i once talk and exchanged e-mails with b_a's sister before when we had some christmas give-aways done. hmmm, somehow, it's a small small world.

The libel must be given publicity, circulated or publicized. Postings in a forum, message board or blog can certainly be considered as publication. Lastly, the victim or offended party must be identifiable.

this is only a speculation about the suspect, unless proven guilty by the court , but i do beleive that being envious or jealous can motivate a person to kill.

ozone as of now the suspect was considered a detainee, not a convict unless proven guilty by the court, detainees right is different from those who are convicted. no wonder why she can use some gadgets inside.
