Today, I sit still.

I just had 80 push-ups and I feel physically hale and hearty. But something tugs at my heart. I am on the brink of tears for no reason. Perhaps it's because I just saw my youngest daughter's winter clothes when I was rummaging the closet for a shirt, and I suddenly felt like hugging her.

How ordinary things can trigger extraordinary emotions! And I suddenly realize that for all my attempt to be strong and in control, I am just a wisp of a man. I have to look to Him who is the source of real strength.

In happy times and in sad, I will sing...

Bless you, Bambs. Seeing them in a few months' time is a great reassurance. I was supposed to go home end of July, but cancelled the trip due to work deadlines. And my heart breaks everytime my little girl cries because she wants me home. Just the same, I will sing.

Kindred brothers jud diay ta Glace. Don Moen is also one of my favorite Christian singers, along with Chris Tomlin and Matt Redman.
