NEWTON, Mass. and LAS VEGAS, Nov. 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MariMed Inc., (OTCQB:MRMD) and its MariMed Advisors subsidiary today announced they have entered into an exclusive licensing agreement for Alternative Medicine Association (AMA) to produce and distribute, in Nevada, MariMed’s branded cannabis products, including unique Kalm Fusionâ„¢ THC and CBD formulations for sublingual Mari-Melts, Kalm Chewable Tablets, Kalm Corn Popcorn, Kalm Powdered Tincture and Betty’s Eddiesâ„¢ line of Fruit Chews and Berry Bombs.  The companies plan to commence production in the fourth quarter of 2017.

MariMed’s Kalm Fusion and Betty’s Eddies branded lines of cannabis-infused products are all natural and precisely dosed for consistent results.  AMA, will produce these and other MariMed products using MariMed’s proprietary formulations and processes and distribute them to state licensed cannabis dispensaries in Nevada.
