Accenture raises adoption leave to 22 weeks
Global outsourcing firm Accenture has raised the adoption leave of its staff from eight weeks to 22 weeks, allowing all types of new mothers to be treated equally. Effective immediately, all new mothers will receive five months of paid leave, higher than the statutory requirement of three months. The benefits will also include one month of additional paid maternity leave to cover for illness and three months of unpaid leave to cater to the demands of the new member of the family. Parag Pande, human resource lead for India and global lead for learning and talent development operations at Accenture, said the new benefits are in line with Accenture’s goal of becoming the most inclusive and diverse organisation in the world.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
