An open letter to a former lover
« on: November 10, 2010, 09:00:31 AM »
Who will be the first to write a letter to an old flame, a past lover, a wretched cheat, or to a past mistake in their lives?
So write to your heart's content and pray that he or she does not stumble to your post...

Dear R,

You are the worst mistake of my life. A complete waste of time, energy, finances, and effort. It is true that man comes across pangs of lies , forgone conclusion to trust, and these were manifested in my time with you. Despite fleshly pleasures, you offered nothing worth while.
Walking away from you wast the best decision in my life. Tis a shame I did not do it sooner.

With a smile,
Lorenz

Dear A,

Do you remember the times we used to sit in the top floor of Ford Chapel?
The discussions we had, the laughter shared, the bouts of rage we expressed on the then-current administration.
Oh yes, they seem quite fresh in my mind. Your departure for England that summer 2005 ended what was a growing connection.
A kiss shared, a kiss given, a kiss taken.

Then I was too reserved, too defensive at that time to allow my heart to trust after the pain that was caused to me from a past fling, and then the guilt of the hurt i caused on another. It was a shame we never proceeded, however, things happen for a reason.

I am happy to hear that you are almost finished your 3rd year of Law School. You always were a woman of refined taste....

Admiration and respect,
Lorenz

Dear K,

It was a cold and frigid Allegheny Winter in January 06 that i met you. Weren't we on our way to Professor Anne's English Lit class? Oh i forget where, we were walking to, but i could distinctly remember seeing your multi-colored winter hat as we trekked to class.
I don't really know why we had a falling out, but all i can remember of you was how red your hair was, how bright your green eyes were.
And your lips, as pink as your cheeks...

oh the kisses..

Miss me?

Dear K,

Do you remember the time we went snow tubing by Saegerstown ? You know, i never really wanted to go out with the rest of the guys that night. I mean, seriously. Who wants to go out at 10 pm at night to go snow tubing in the middle of a snowfest (and a coming blizzard), when that night could have been spent snuggling with me in my apartment watching movies. But no. You had to drag me out to snow tube, lol. What did we get out of that night besides a cold and frost bitten lips? There was no fun in that at all.

Additionally, I found the company that you were with quite ...not to my liking.

A,

I must admit. When I took you out to the Republican Winter Formal in 2004, when I picked you up from your dorm, seeing you in your red dress had an effect on me. I admit, i had to contain myself. Control myself. Because, A, I had an urge to rip your clothes off. You were, and you are...exceedingly sexy.

A woman with such a curvy body as yours...is a deadly combination when you date a very observant man., lol.

Now you know.  8)

Dear A,

I wrote to you prolifically. Poems, short stories, letters inquiring on things. Subtle demands hidden with eloquent descriptions.
I still have your response letters in my old attache briefcase. Do you still have my old letters? Do you still read them from time to time?
Or have you burned them to a cinder?

Dear Amber,

The reason why I never formally asked you out was because you were giving me mixed signals. I hated that about you.
And despite having a crush on you for quite some time , and going on dates, i think it was for the best that we never formalized.
To be honest with you, Amber, you always were unbalanced mentally-speaking. And after hearing of your mental break down some time ago,
I am fortunate to have been spared that devastation. I am sorry, but I'm just being honest. Truly.

I guess there is a reason why some 'crushes' and 'flings' never truly materialize into full-blow relationships. For the better, definitely.  :)

dear lorenz,

i hope this girl doesn't come back and start calling you granddaddy.  peace! ;D

this one was a good one, really she was/is. truthful, brutally honest, considerate and quite compassionate.
in recollection, it was my age (was 20 at the time) that barred me from actually understanding the depth of her feelings and needs.
she was 2 years my senior, and at the time was a college senior; she had excellent qualities as a woman, and as a lover.
truly she was in touch with her emotions and was keen in expressing them openly without fear or hesitation; i on the other hand,
was the antithesis in that relationship. she was a kind woman, and definitely deserves the best in life. i have not heard from her since our break up some 5 years ago.  :-\

i remember when we used to sleep in bed, she would hold my chest with her arms, grippingly. she was half greek half spanish (ethnic background), so she would whisper some greek phrases when i was trying to sleep. i would get annoyed, but she would continue to whisper all the more..very persistent. lol.

she had light brown eyes, and a very typical spanish nose. very sharp. lol.

dear _____________,

there are times that i think of you and the happiness you gave me. we met passing by in the chapters of our lives, as two pages being separated by the reader's finger but united for just that brief moment in time. you are a joyous part of my life, you made me smile, and taught me heal old wounds.

this song is for you. i hope that God is kind to you, guiding your steps wherever they take you, may sunshine continue to fall on your beautiful head.

with fondness,
Lorenz

Dear _____________,

I look at your picture from time to time. And it haunts me, eerily and coldy, it still does. Your green eyes has this ability to melt my heart, and it pains me that I can never kiss your moist pink lips ever again. To hold your mouth close to mine and smell the very breath of your being. To inhale your essence into my own and mingle it. I hate how that I used to crave you daily and nightly. I hate how you drove me insane as you did many many years ago.

Will I ever be totally free from your grasp? Yes, i believe so, however, i cannot say that I would want to completely free my mind of you.

I admit, there were beautiful memories that we shared, such somber resolve, to know that such a beauty and such ecstacy is beyond my grasp.

I pray you find a man more deserving than I.

To an unamed lady,

Your body is so warm, so beautifully shaped, curves that cannot be contained by attire. You look ever so beautiful in any attire, outfit, my lady. Yes you do. Deliciously and radiantly beautiful.

I cannot keep my lips away from you. I have this insatiable need to kiss your body. My hands cannot keep itself away from  you.

Ah, how I miss you.

I have already forgotten your name tho. But your body, I have not...  ;)

he he he

Kisses,
and more,
