The data  presented here are results of a survey that was conducted using random sampling.  In reasearch there are always margins of error, either wide or slim. Loon's case is not isolated. Data for other municipalities are as glaring. In all of Bohol public service still has a lot of room for improvement. But it is people's good deeds including discipline that make improvements in the socioeconomic data.
