Solano women’s group get livelihood skills training from DTI

SOLANO, Nueva Vizcaya, Dec. 14 (PNA) -- Members of the Solano Women’s Cub (SWC) in this town have received livelihood skills development training from the Department of Trade and Industry(DTI) as a preparatory step in starting and managing their livelihood projects.

Henry Connel,Jr., DTI provincial chief on Wednesday said at least 28 members of the SWC attended Tuesday the training on good manufacturing practices and skills training on meat processing.

“This activity aims to educate the participants on the concepts of good manufacturing practice and how these can affect the marketability of the products,” he said.

Connel also said the participants were oriented to the maintenance of a clean production facility, controlled environmental conditions and temperature and product safety.

“The participants were also able to experience hands-on training of the activity and they were able to produce four different products such as pork, tocino, longganisa, pork nuggets and embotido,” he said. (PNA)

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
