SALUTE TO OUR FALLEN HERO: Today, another firefighter/medical technician/rescuer/leader/mentor/public servant finds eternal peace in the arms of our Father In Heaven, in the name of FSSUPT VILMA F CARLOS (or commonly known as DOC V), Provincial Fire Marshal of Davao Del Norte.
The Bureau of Fire Protection XI mourns the death of a great leader and a dedicated public servant. She was one of the pioneers in Emergency Medical Services in Region XI. For years, she offered her life in leading and teaching new generation of firefighters/rescuers, especially in the field of health services carrying her utmost desire to save other's lives. Truly, you are an inspiration to everyone.
