Phivolcs: Magnitude-5 quake hits Surigao-Agusan area

(Updated 10:25 a.m.) An earthquake measuring magnitude 5.0 rocked the Surigao-Agusan area in Mindanao Thursday morning, even as state seismologists said they expect no serious damage.
