Authorities restored at 6:33 a.m. Tuesday power supply in all municipalities of Nueva Vizcaya province which a magnitude 5.4 quake struck Monday morning.
Nueva Vizcaya stood without power for over 21 hours after the quake shattered facilities of National Grid Corporation of the Philippines.
Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) reported tectonic quake was strongly felt in Barangay Vista Hills in Bayombong town.
PHIVOLCS also reported a magnitude 4.4 tremor struck later at 10:35 a.m. followed by lower-magnitude aftershocks until 9:00 p.m. Monday.
Several schools suspended respective classes and many government employees headed home when the first tremor struck.
