#FAQ: Do I still need to register for the Balik Tacloban Program even if I'm a non-resident of the city and only passing through Tacloban to get to my hometown?

Answer: NO. Only returning residents of Tacloban City need to apply to the Balik Tacloban website.  Travelers bound to other towns need to apply for a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from their places of destination/travel.
