Government security forces rescued over the weekend a kidnap victim in Lanao del Norte, a police statement said Tuesday. Authorities later linked the incident to the Aman Futures investment scam, as the victim's mother was allegedly involved in the illegal activity that has vicitmized thousands in Mindanao.
