Classes in a public high school in Panabo City, this province, have been temporarily suspended on Wednesday when an 18-year-old male student was believed to have been possessed by another spirit and suddenly collapsed. - PNA

Evil spirit, unlikely. Seizures, most likely. Untreated, most probably.

Time to send the kid to the local hospital and not to the quaks.

Republic Act 8485 (Animal Welfare Act of 1998, Philippines), as amended and strengthened by House  Bill 6893 of 2013--- violation means a maximum of P250,000 fine with a corresponding three-year jail term and a minimum of P30,000 fine and six months imprisonment
