Press Release: Ormoc City Mayor Richard l. Gomez, together with SP Member Lalaine Marcos, SP Member Vince Rama, SP Member Joan Simbajon imparted their inspirational message to the SK Chairmen and SK Treasurers on the third (3rd) day of the Governance and Leadership Camp organized by the City Youth Development Office (CYDO), led by Rolando R. Gaspar, MPA, City Youth Development Officer II, at the Sabin Resort Hotel.
The training/workshop began on March 9 (for Clusters 1 & 2), yesterday, March 10 (for Clusters 3 & 4), and today, March 11 (for Clusters 5 & 6).
The objective of this activity is to equip SK Chairmen with financial literacy skills in drafting their SK budget, the formulation of their CBYDP and ABYIP of all barangays for the year 2021, and to educate SK Leaders in Accountable Leadership.
The said activity is in partnership with the City Government of Ormoc, Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), SK Federation Office, and Region Vlll Association of Leyte Budget Officers (REALBO).
