CEBU, Philippines - Tungod sa kahubog gitigbas patay sa iyang higala ang gikalalis niining barkada human sa ilang panag-inom sa barangay Carmen sa siyudad sa Toledo niadtong Miyerkules sa alas 7:20 sa gabii.

Ang biktima nga patay nang nadangat sa tambalanan mao si Benjie Gabasa Cano, 21, taga sitio Bulahan barangay Carmen samtang ang suspek mao si Fernan Olita.

Matud ni SPO3 Carmelito Hornales sa Toledo City Police dihang nahinabi sa Banat News nga ang biktima ug suspek gikan nga nag-inom ug nagkalalis.

Ang suspek nga wala makalahutay sa ilang lalis mipauli ug mibalik nga nagdala na og sundang dayong tigbas sa biktima makadaghang higayon sa kalawasan.

Ang biktima nga nakaangkon og unom ka samad tinigbasan sa iyang ulo, aping, tuong bukton ug laing tulo ka samad tinigbasan sa bukobuko maoy nakaingon sa hinanali niining kamatayon.

Ang suspek daling misibat palayo samtang ang biktima gihatud sa Toledo City District Hospital apan gideklarar kini nga dead on arrival (DOA).(EIM) (BANAT NEWS)
