Nakadetine ngayon sa Manila Police District-Police Station 4 ang isang empleyado ng Manila City Hall matapos ireklamo ng kanyang ex-girlfriend na isang casino dealer dahil sa pag-upload sa Facebook ng kanilang mga ‘sex photos’ sa Maynila.


Ayon kay SPO1 Jacob Cebreros, ng MPD-PS 4, alas-2:50 ng madaling-araw nang arestuhin ang suspek na si Fritz Floreindo, 27, 1326 Vicente Cruz St. Sampaloc, Maynila sa loob ng Kubo sa Biak na Bato Bar and Restaurant sa Retiro St. Sampaloc, Maynila.


Nalaman na nagreklamo si Eva, 20, sa pulisya matapos madiskubreng ini-upload ni Floreindo ang larawan ng kanilang pagtatalik.


Bago i-upload ang kanilang sex photos, nabatid na nakaaway umano ni Eva ang kaibigang babae ni Floreindo at doon na umano nagsimula ang pananakot ng suspek hanggang totohanin nito ang pag-upload ng kanilang sex photos.


Kaugnay nito, itinanggi ng suspek na siya ang nag-upload ng sex photos nila ni Eva at sinabi nito na may access ang biktima sa kanyang FB account.


Narekober naman ng pulisya ang cellphone ng suspek na naglalaman ng malalaswang larawan pero wala rito ang pinabubura ni ‘Eva’ na sex video nila ng dating karelasyon.


Nahaharap ngayon sa kasong paglabag sa RA 9262, kilala bilang Protection law para sa kababaihan at ang posibleng paglabag sa cyber crime.

syalan ba diay ning mga lalakwe karon.  sa sex videos, ang babaye lang ba diay ang mauwawan?  di ba angay pod mauwaw ang mga lalaki?  lalim kag ma-viral ang dalikdik sa ilang bugan?
