PIA DAVAO DEL NORTE, (17Jan)--- Five marketing staff of Singapore-based of Procter&Gamble visited this week the LGU Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) as their attention was attracted with the implementation of “BASURESIKLO: Gasa ni Kuya, Baylo sa Basura".
PENRO head Romulo Tagalo explained that their interest could be driven by the concept of extended producers responsibility (EPR) of attending waste materials. He said they were asking about the “end-stage” items of P&G products gathered as a result of “Basurisiklo” implementation.
Tagalo viewed the Singapore-based P&G as measure of the extent of information about the waste recycling program of PLGU Davao del Norte. (PIA/JDAbangan)
