ONE of the suspects in the P3.6 million heist at the Central Negros Electric Cooperatives (Ceneco) last March was arrested while being treated at the Sabal Hospital in Cagayan de Oro City Thursday evening.
Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) Director Ricardo De la Paz said Gerardo Saniel, alias "Gagang," was arrested at Sabal Hospital after he sustained multiple gunshot wounds in different parts of his body when he and others robbed one of the pawnshops in Butuan City last week.
