CEBU, Philippines - Usa ka 13-anyos nga dalagita sa usa ka barangay sa dakbayan sa Mandaue ang gilugos sa usa ka basurero sa milabay’ng kaadlawon.

Ang biktima nga residente sa maong dapit mitumbok kang Gilbert Discatsar, 20, nga usa ka mamunitay maoy milugos kaniya niadtong tungang gabii samtang siya gikan sa diskohan.

Matud pa niya nga nasugatan niya si Discatsar ug mihangyo kaniya nga kuyogan kini ngadto sa usa ka fishpond sa maong dapit ug dihang iyaha kining gikuyogan nakabantay kining adunay dautang tuyo ang suspek.

Hinungdan nga dali unta siyang mibalik sa agi apan nasuko ang suspek ug gipugngan dayon gilugos kini. Human sa hitabo misumbong ang biktima sa iyang inahan ug midangop sila sa Station 5.

Ang suspek nadakpan hinuon dayon ug natanggong karon sa karsel samtang giandam na ang kasong ipasaka batok kaniya. - BANAT NEWS

Kaluoy sa biktima. Ngano man pud gud nga sa iyang kabata pa, nagdisko-disko na man unya nag-inusara pa jud paglakaw sa tungang gabii...
