Tribu Oculam
« on: November 09, 2007, 07:36:59 AM »
I'm part of it too.
If you are, did you go to the Tribu Oculam reunion?
And who are you descendants of.
I'm a descendant of Narciso-Manuela.
I think  :)

I have a classmate in highschool named Helen Oculam.

The Oculams owns that building beside PMI, where Wisdom School once rented.

They are rich family, but what I admire most about Helen is that she is down-to-earth person. Even with their financial status, she can mingle with any body.

I have not seen her lately, but after I graduated college I saw her driving a car from far away and even the distance she waved and shouted hello.

Please give my best regards to Helen if she happens to attend your reunion.

emlegaspo,

Welcome back to Bohol. Wish you good luck for your studies.

Bohol Wisdom School students are well motivated and most of thier students excel in Math, Arts and Sciences. You may find several threads in Tubag Bohol of Wisdom school to represent National Math & Science contests.

One fil-am student once studied in Wisdom and supposed to be the valedictorian of the class, but became salutotorian (2nd place) because she failed in Filipino subject. She can speak visayan but not tagalog.

Oh, thank you.
But I just came back home to Canada and will be going back to the Philippines in June.
That's what I'm afraid of. Bohol Wisdom hosts Champions. How am I supposed to keep up
with people like that?
I hope that I will learn tagalog though. I'd like to be able to speak in Manila.
But Much thanks for your welcome.
:D
