Who Is A Natural-Born Filipino Citizen?

Under the Philippine Constitution, a natural-born citizen is a person born of one or both parents who are Filipino citizens at the time of birth.

I am a natural born Philippine citizen. Born in the province of Cebu of the Republic of the Philippines. Naturalized as an American citizen, yet maintain dual citizenship in the Republic of the Philippines and the United States of America.
