Administrative Assistant (Legazpi Branch)
(Bicol Region)

Responsibilities:

    * Supervise branch Accounting Clerk in the physical control, delivery and inventory of stocks
    * Maintenance and disbursement of branch petty cash fund and revolving fund
    * Receipt, deposit, balancing, and reporting of daily collection
    * Monitoring of receivables, payables, cash advance liquidation, accountable forms, office supplies
    * Preparation and submission of branch Production and other reportorial requirements
    * Monitoring and upkeep of branch billings
    * Processing of business permit

Requirements:

    * Degree or equivalent diploma in Business Administration specializing in Accountancy
    * Strong ability to provide assistance in relevant areas of Finance and Administration, minimum of 2 years handling sales order processing, petty cash, inventory, billing and collection
    * Good analytical skills for efficient comparison and interpretation of figures
    * Must have high standards of integrity
    * Professional maturity and energy to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    * Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
