All qualified applicants are enjoined to submit application letter (please indicate position title, item number and department/office), Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212 revised 2017), copy of IPCR (latest rating period), potential assessment rating signed by immediate supervisor (for employed applicants, form available at the HRMD), copy of eligibility and TOR to the HRMD not later than December 12, 2019.
