it would be a simple site use to host an organization's activities, news and updates. Should also be familiar with joomla plug-ins.. Joomla has several plug-ins.. it has its own forum(an intergrated forum) which no longers needs a different registration for members. Photo gallery and  rss. Must also be able to edit joomla 1.5 templates. or better can create there own templates.
