AusAID is developing the new Provincial Road Management Facility (PRMF) and we are looking for the following specialists to assess key infrastructure and public financial management issues in at least five provinces to, amongst others, analyse potential participation to the PRMF:
one (1) local government specialist (preferably with background on local government finance/economics); and
one (1) local transport/road specialist
Provincial assessment is expected to commence by February 2008 and will be for a period of 15 weeks.
