I lived in Jagna from age 3 to 7 while my mom finished her AB English at the Colegio de la Medalla Milagrosa. My earliest memory of childhood is of Jagna--and the thoughts that it brings is always warm, happy, idyllic. Two years ago, I brought my three kids there on our way back from CDO. I retraced the paths I've trodden as a child and was surprised that 40 years later, I could still remember the layout and the landmarks of the town. I was even more astonished to realize that what were etched so huge and so far in my memory were actually just small proportions of my imagined sizes and distances. At one point, my kids asked in bewilderment, "What's in this place that you're misty-eyed, Dad?"
Hehehe the fond memories of a man's childhood. I'm sure your children will always remember the town as the town that their father is so fond of.
Did you also visit my hometown of Valencia, Tito Ben?
