It is with great sadness to know that Engr. Teofisto Pagar Sr. AKA "PAPA FISTO" had joined our eternal Creator today at the age of 80.

His entire life was not only focused to the success of his family and kids but also a shared journey with the people of Jagna as he had been a member of the Sangguniang Bayan of Jagna for more than 20 years as councilor and vice mayor.

As he approached the twilight of his life, he had never been silent on monitoring the welfare of the people as he also aired his piece on the recently stalled budget in the Sangguniang Bayan through the airwaves radio program but thanks be to God everything already went fine ahead of his passing.

He was a man of great passion and dedication to his family and of public service and was never been controversial in any anomaly both in his public and private life. A path worth immitating by the people in the government today.

He has been one of my inspirations in public service and he never failed to lift me up everytime I had to fight off anyone for the common good of the people.

May the eternal God embrace you in heaven and may the good Lord grant you eternal solace.

My heartelt condolences to the bereaved family of PAPA FISTO!! Keep strong and may God be with you on these difficult times.
