The Land Transportation Offices in both this capital city and Jagna town welcomed new registrars following their respective assumption to office yesterday.
Joel Maloloy-on assumed yesterday as the new LTO registrar of Tagbilaran office after Macky Getaruelas was re-assigned to head the LTO in Toledo City. Getaruelas' stint here was perceived as "less corrupt" compared to the previous LTO chief executives assigned here.
