WHEREAS, the motion under consideration is DENIED for lack of merit. Accused Pedro E. Budiongan,Jr., Josil E. Trabajo, Fulgencio Paña, Taciana B. Espejo, Rufino Adlaon, Tito Montajes, Mario Soria, and Carlito Torrefranca, are hereby directed to immediate CEASE and DESIST from further performing and/or exercising the functions, duties and privelages of their positions as Municipal Mayor, Municipal Vice Mayor, Municipal Treasurer, Municipal Budget Officer, and members of the Sangguniang Bayan, respectively. of the Municipality of Carmen, Bohol, or any other public position they may now or hereafter be holding, eefective imediately upon receipt and continuing for a total period of ninety (90) days.
